Living room 35m2, first sleeping room with a double bed (160 cm), second sleeping room with two single beds that can be put together, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, two toilets, in total 85m2.

There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove, TV, a stereo system, internet (wireless lan), a plancha on the terrace, a beautiful place to eat outside and canvas chairs in the garden.

For 4 to 5 persons.

Children’s or baby’s bed is available on demand.

The apartment is located in the ground floor of a villa in a calm, residential area.

Tariffs

From 05/05/2014 to 05/07/2014: 450€ weekly
From 06/07/2014 to 23/08/2014: 600€ weekly
From 24/08/2014 to 13/09/2014: 450€ weekly

To complete your reservation we will ask you 30% of the price. If you cancel your reservation one month before your stay, we will give you back the whole amount. In case of cancellation 15 days before your stay or less, we will keep the amount, if we are not able to find other tenants.

Caution: 400 €, deposit on the day of arrival, a certificate of the inventory will be handed out to you.

Housekeeping : 50 € deposit on the day of the arrival.

This sum will be given back you immediately when the apartment has been brought back to its original condition.
